SOCIALBOOSTS.NL REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy carefully before placing any orders. By using SocialBoosts.nl, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy - Digital Products & Immediate Delivery

SocialBoosts.nl provides digital marketing services, delivering social media followers, likes, and related engagements immediately upon order placement. These are digital goods, instantaneously delivered and non-reversible. Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds*.

2. What We Guarantee (and What We Don't)

We guarantee you will receive the number of followers, likes, or engagements purchased. We do not guarantee that these followers will interact with your content, demonstrate engagement beyond the initial delivery, or behave in a manner you expect. The quality and behavior of followers are factors outside our control.

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, or a deposit is made, it is considered final. Funds are generally not refundable, regardless of whether the order is completed.

4. Limited Refund Scenarios – Subject to SocialBoosts Discretion

In very limited circumstances, a refund will be considered at SocialBoosts’ sole discretion. This could include payment made in error through a provider that offers a refund window within 14 days. To qualify, the full refunded amount requested must be available on your SocialBoosts account. Otherwise, the deposit is considered final.

5. Canceled Orders

Canceled orders will receive a credit to your SocialBoosts account balance. This credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is limited to future services on SocialBoosts.nl.

6. Requirements for Service & Account Security

• Your profile must be public.
• Your profile must have complete contact information.
• You must only place one order per service type per link.
• Multiple orders on the same link are not supported.

7. Fraud & Chargebacks – Severe Consequences

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in immediate account termination, cancellation of future orders, a lifetime ban from SocialBoosts.nl, and potential legal action.

You agree that once payment is processed, you will not file a chargeback or dispute against us for any reason. Any issues should be communicated directly with SocialBoosts.nl. Doing so will result in immediate account termination, cancellation of future orders, a lifetime ban from SocialBoosts.nl.

8. Important Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

SocialBoosts.nl is not responsible for any third-party actions or events outside of delivering the purchased quantity of followers or engagements. This includes, but is not limited to, follower loss, account restrictions by social media platforms, or changes in social media algorithms. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the original purchase.

9. Modification of Policy

SocialBoosts.nl reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
